• Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Ebook2Profit AI
• Your license key may only be used to activate one account
• You may not share, resell, or transfer your license key or account credentials
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these Terms

Content generated by Ebook2Profit AI is created using large language model technology. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose.

You retain ownership of the content you generate using the service, provided it complies with these Terms and OpenAI's usage policies.

5. OpenAI API Key

Certain features require you to provide your own OpenAI API key. You are solely responsible for your OpenAI account, associated costs, and compliance with OpenAI's terms of service. We are not responsible for any charges incurred on your OpenAI account.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@insanitytechnologies.zohodesk.in and we will process a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days will not be honoured.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ebook2Profit AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
